Your plans come first.

A clear scope starts with a conversation. We discuss what you need done, what information is missing and how the work can be scheduled.

  1. Client looking at a floor plan and a photograph on a phone

    Your enquiry

Tell us what you need and where. A photograph or drawing helps us understand the situation.

Your enquiry and location are clear.

    What helps at this stage

Tell us how you use the space and what you want to change. Let us know which photographs or floor plans are available.

  2. Client and adviser looking at connection points in a room

    The options

We assess what the installation needs, discuss the work and timing, and identify any details still to be checked.

You know the options and what information is still needed.

    What helps at this stage

Let us know which equipment you want to connect and when the space is accessible. For building projects, we also discuss coordination with the contractor.

  3. Handshake above a table with a drawing and agreement folder

    Clear agreements

We set out the work CAS will carry out and agree costs, timing and responsibilities with you in advance.

The agreement is recorded in writing.

    What helps at this stage

Check that the scope covers what you need. Discuss your preferred timing and who will be available during the work.

  4. Technician explaining the controls of a finished installation

    Installation and follow-up

We carry out the agreed work and check the installation. At handover, we explain its use and discuss any further work.

You receive an explanation at handover.

    What helps at this stage

Arrange access to the agreed spaces. At handover, you can ask questions about the controls and any further work.

A useful start for every job.

A description often suffices for a small alteration. For a construction project, share any available drawings, the planned schedule and the names of the parties involved.

Does CAS take on smaller jobs?

Yes. Alongside construction projects, you can contact CAS about smaller electrical installations, alterations and maintenance.

How much will the work cost?

Cost depends on the work, materials and conditions on site. Describe the work in the form so we can discuss what is needed for a quote.

Do I need drawings before getting in touch?

No. Share what you know. Drawings and a programme help with a construction project; a description is often enough for an initial discussion about a smaller job.

Can I report an electrical fault?

Call for an urgent enquiry and current availability. The contact form is for requests that do not need urgent attention.

Where does CAS work?

We work in South Holland. Tell us where the work is needed so we can discuss the options.

What can we help you with?

Tell us about your job or construction project. We can discuss the next step.
